Our Policies

  • Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required prior to the event. The deposit is only refundable in cases of inclement weather, such as heavy rain or thunderstorms.

  • Delivery and Setup: We are responsible for delivering and setting up the tents and furniture at your event.

  • Cleaning Fee: There is a $25 cleaning fee for tents and furniture. However, this fee will be waived if the items are returned clean.

  • Damage Policy: If any items are damaged or broken, the person renting the items will be responsible for reimbursing the full cost of repair or replacement.

  • Cancellation Policy: No cancellations are allowed unless due to inclement weather. If the event is canceled for any other reason, the deposit will not be refunded.
